Students work with industry practitioners, creating valuable relationships and becoming part of the local sport development community.
Projects are designed to make a lasting impact. Students put plans in place to continue their good work long after the initial project has concluded.
By focusing on measurable outcomes, students ensure that their projects are making real impact within the community.
The Community Innovation Programme helps graduates to launch their career in sport development by offering them valuable real-world insight.
Projects are presented at the annual Coaching Innovation Symposium. This is a chance for project teams to receive feedback and network.
