Solent sport clubs welcome everyone from beginner to elite athlete. Joining a sports team at Solent is simple and can be done online or in person at our Solent Sports Complex reception.

If you want to find out more about our clubs, come along to our sports fair during Freshers' Week. There you’ll be able to meet the club members and get more information about each team, and you’ll get a chance to grab some freebies from local businesses!
