Biography
Ajab is a seasoned senior lecturer in accounting and finance at Solent University. He brings with him over 13 years' experience in academia, research, and administration. He holds a PhD in Corporate Governance and Finance, an MS in Management Sciences (thesis in Finance), an MBA with majors in Finance, a BS in Information Technology (Hons-4 years), and a BA in Economics.
Prior to joining Solent, Ajab worked as an online lecturer at the University of Lincoln, and as a senior corporate trainer at Mericler Inc (Canada) in Istanbul, Turkey. He also served as an assistant professor and cluster head - accounting and finance at Bahria University, Islamabad, Pakistan, for five years between 2012 and 2017, and as director of academics at the BRAINS postgraduate Institute (a portfolio comprising a university, college, software house, and training institute), Peshawar, Pakistan, between 2010-2012.
Ajab has an impressive publication record, with 12 research manuscripts published in high-ranked internationally reputed journals. He is also currently working on several other research projects, which are in various stages of publication in esteemed journals. He is passionate about sharing and knowing contemporary issues in research for knowledge creation. He has presented his research work at seven international conferences in various countries, including the USA, Turkey, China, and Portugal.
