Holly’s career path has been enriched by diverse roles, starting with a position in marketing, where she honed communication and analytical skills before transitioning to healthcare.
In healthcare, Holly gained hands-on experience working in an inpatient unit specialising in eating disorders, which provided valuable insights into mental health challenges and therapeutic practices. This role solidified Holly’s interest in health psychology and reinforced her commitment to supporting patient well-being. Additionally, she was part of a diabetes unit, working closely with patients diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and Eating Disorders, where she supported the wider team with the new COMPassion project – a national pilot which is an innovative, multidisciplinary approach collaborating across diabetes and eating disorders teams.
