Biography
Captain Mehrdad Behforouzi is a professional Master Mariner with 15 years of command on board different ocean-going vessels.
He is an expert in simulator operation and creating scenarios, maritime law, collision regulations, chart work, navigational aids, and conducting proficiency courses for pilots.

Mehrdad's previous industry experiences includes: CEO of the business unit (ship); management of navigation; cargo operations (led a team of multi-national officers and crew members in conducting vessel operations safely, efficiently, and effectively); safety and security of the crew, ship, and protection of environment; ship handling; maintenance of the vessel; accounting; public relations; administration and HR; and insurance.
