Biography
Shan Jayasinghe is a lecturer in business management, specialising in project management, operations, and academic skills. He holds a PhD in Management from Swinburne University of Technology and has extensive experience in academia and industry.
Shan’s research focuses on project management, global production sharing, and AI in education. He has published in peer-reviewed journals and contributed to advancing knowledge in these areas.
In addition to teaching and research, Shan has over a decade of experience managing complex projects in the telecommunications and software industries, holding roles in project management at organisations like Axiata Digital Labs and Dialog Axiata PLC.
Shan is also the founder of the Tech Policy Forum, where he explores policy solutions for technology-driven industrialisation and economic growth in Sri Lanka.
