Biography
Tomasz Lasek is a Senior Lecturer in accountancy and finance at Southampton Solent University, where he delivers financial modules across multiple undergraduate and postgraduate courses. His expertise includes capital markets, share-price dynamics, corporate financial management, and business ethics, with a focus on utilising real-world experience to enhance student learning.
Tomasz is also a Level Leader for accountancy and finance, where he plays a key role in ensuring students maximise their potential and achieve success throughout their studies.
With experience in successful third-sector senior leadership, Tomasz currently serves as Chair for a non-profit organisation, where he provides strategic oversight and contributes to financial decision-making.
His research focuses on the ethical impact on financial markets and share-price dynamics. Tomasz has also contributed to professional body publications, sharing his insights on key financial topics.
