Professor Allan Youp OBE

Experience

Allan became managing director of Youp Consulting Limited in September 2023, following over 25 years in the Royal Navy where he served as a captain.

During the latter part of his service, Allan was the head of learning and development for the Naval Service, responsible for initiating and leading the global transformation of the Royal Navy’s learning and development offer.

Allan has an MBA as well as an MSc in Training Management and Consultancy.
