When you receive an offer from us we advise you that ‘by accepting the offer and subsequently by enrolling on the course, you are agreeing to abide by the University’s regulations, policies and procedures.’   

Details of the terms and conditions, and related documents, for each year of entry can be found by following the link below.  When agreeing to the terms and conditions, you accept that changes may be made in certain circumstances and therefore the current policies and regulations may have changed from the documents shown; these are available on the University's Portal or by contacting the Student Hub.

Notice of right to cancel

Once you have accepted an offer to study at Southampton Solent University (firm or insurance), you will be able to cancel your acceptance within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the date on which you accepted the offer, which is the date on which your contract with the University began.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear written statement, which may be sent by post or email.
