Registration for the conference will open on 1 November 2026.
- Early bird registration rates available from 1 November 2026 to 21 March 2027.
- Regular registration open from 22 March 2027 to 7 May 2027.
All conference participants, including presenters, are required to complete the registration process and pay the applicable conference registration fee in order to attend and participate in the event.

Participants are encouraged to take advantage of the reduced early bird registration rates by registering before the deadline.
Participants registering under the student category will be required to provide proof of current student status, such as a valid student identification card or official confirmation from their institution. This may be requested during the registration process or at the conference registration desk.

What the registration fee includes
The conference registration fee includes:
- Access to all conference sessions throughout the conference programme.
- Coffee breaks during the conference.
- Lunch on Monday to Thursday during the conference programme.
- Attendance at the conference dinner.
- Participation in on of the conference social programmes.
- Gym membership for the duration of the conference.

Cancellation terms
Conference registration is binding.
Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to the conference organisers no later than 12 May 2027.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received from 13 May 2027 onwards, nor will refunds be provided for failure to attend any part of the conference programme.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method and will be processed after the conference has taken place.
