Join fellow EASS 2027 delegates for an evening of activities, competition and conversation at LEVEL1, located at St Mary's Stadium – home of Southampton Football Club.

We'll have exclusive access to LEVEL1's All Action package, giving delegates the chance to take on the climbing walls, brave the high ropes, compete around the mini-golf course or test themselves in the interactive Gamebox.

Whether you're fiercely competitive or simply coming along for the social side, the evening offers an opportunity to step away from the conference programme, relax, and spend time with colleagues from across the EASS community in a very different setting.

Unwind and relax with an evening of fun games and activities in our iconic Spark building located on campus.

From classic board games to quick team challenges, there will be an array of activities at your disposal. Delegates will be encouraged to play, meet new people, and take part at their own pace, whether they are looking for some friendly competition or simply want to socialise in a casual setting.

Refreshments and light snacks will be available for purchase at the bar throughout the evening, giving attendees the chance to enjoy a beverage whilst playing games.

The event will provide a memorable and enjoyable addition to the conference programme, combining entertainment, networking and team building in a fun university setting. Overall, the games night will offer delegates a chance to switch off, have fun and strengthen professional relationships in a relaxed and inclusive environment.

Start EASS 2027 with a relaxed cruise around Southampton Water and take in our host city from a different perspective.

Before the formal conference programme gets underway, delegates are invited to join us aboard Ocean Scene for a daytime cruise departing from Shamrock Quay. The cruise offers an opportunity to see Southampton and its famous waterfront from the water, reflecting the city's longstanding maritime identity and its relationship with the sea.

With indoor heated saloons, outdoor deck space and onboard facilities, delegates can sit back, enjoy the views and begin meeting colleagues from across the EASS community in an informal setting.

The cruise is intended as a relaxed introduction to Southampton and a chance to spend some time together before returning to Solent for the official opening of EASS 2027 later that day.

Accessibility: Manual wheelchairs can be accommodated on board. However, access to the upper deck and outside area requires the use of a flight of stairs. Accessible facilities are available on the boarding deck.
