About the course

Successful completion provides you with entry to the first stage of the Postgraduate Certificate in Personnel and Development also offered by Solent University's School of Business, Law and Communications

The CIPD Intermediate Diploma Human Resource Management qualifications offered by the Solent University Business and Law School provide students with a professional qualification that enables them to pursue a career in HR or line management.

This qualification is offered as either a Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a Diploma in Human Resource Development (HRD).

The diploma is a nationally recognised qualification from the CIPD and allows you to become a CIPD Associate Member.
