I have been to three Olympic Games since 2008, and won a gold and bronze medal. I have also won three World Championships in Optimist and Laser Radial classes. I was the World Sailor of the Year 2012 and the flag bearer at the London Olympics Closing Ceremony.

I’m a Great Britain artistic gymnast and third year applied sports science student. I’ve won the Commonwealth Games team gold and World championship team bronze medals. I’ve also been World University Games all-round champion, and bronze and silver medallist.

I compete in the 100m, 200m, 400m and 800m in the T34 classification for athletes with cerebral palsy. I competed for Great Britain at the IWAS World Junior Games in 2014, finishing fifth in the 100m and 400m and fourth in the 200m. I also competed for Scotland in the 2015 CPISRA World Games, winning five gold medals. My aims are to retain my five titles at the CPISRA World Games in Barcelona this year, and to be selected for the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.

I have played boccia for seven years now. Over the last year I was selected for the England squad and have been given the opportunity to go to three international tournaments. I recently won a gold in the pairs and individuals in Russia. My biggest achievement so far is winning the individual competition at the Scottish Open, which involved playing some of the best players in Britain.

I’m a 100m and 200m sprinter who’s competed for Great Britain at youth and junior level. I came fourth at the World Youth Championships in 2015, ninth at the World Junior Championships in 2016 and third at the European Junior Championships in 2017. My personal bests are 10.31 for the 100m and 21.32 for the 200m.

My greatest achievements are scoring my first international goal and making my senior debut for Northern Ireland women’s international team. My dream is to play in the WSL. My greatest fear is not being able to play football anymore. I admire Ronaldo as his determination to be the best is something I strive for.

I have been playing boccia for nine years. I have undertaken two Great Britain talent programmes and I’ve been an England squad member for eight years, and on their talent pathway. I’m now studying an MA Visual Communication at Solent, having graduated with a BA (Hons) Graphic Design 2:1 in July.

I started swimming at the age of eight and since then I have gone on to represent Hampshire and the South East region, alongside competing at County, Regional and National Level. My proudest achievement is being able to say I hold a senior British record for 50m backstroke - I hope to set more in the future.

I started playing basketball aged seven. When I was 16 I joined Reading Rockets, playing in their U18s and men's Division 1 teams. I then moved to Spain to play for UCAM Murcia's Liga EBA team - while there I got the offer to play and study at Solent University.

I’m from Italy, near Milan. I came to England two years ago at the age of 16.  I started playing basketball eight years ago and now, after two seasons in Reading, I play in the Division 1 National League for Team Solent Kestrels.

I came through the Solent Suns program as a junior (Solent Kestrels). I attended Itchen College in Southampton, and while there I went to Denmark with the AASE England. I’m currently playing in Division 1 for Team Solent Kestrels. My objective is to hold down a starting 5 position in the Kestrels Division 1 squad, and I aim to get into WBBL squad in the UK.

I am a 400m hurdler from Southampton. I won a silver medal at the South of England Championships and made two national finals in the season that has just ended. This was my first year doing the 400m hurdles. I am currently studying applied sport science.

I have competed in three European u20 Cross Country Championships. I was number one in the Nationals Cross Country Championships in 2016, and I have previously won the UK u17 Inter Country Championships Cross Country. I enjoy road and track racing, competing at 5km, 10km and 10 miles distances on the road, and 800m up to 5km on the track.

I am an experienced player and coach who has delivered coach education for ITTF, Olympic Solidarity and Table Tennis England. I’ve coached in different countries and I am currently technical director at Waterside TTC, as well as holding posts of Hampshire county coach and South of England regional coaching coordinator.

I am studying Sports Studies at Solent. I currently play at centre back for Team Solent in the Wessex Premier League - this is my third season with the club. Before I came to Solent I was on trial at Aston Villa. This year I’m very lucky to have been chosen to be on the HPA programme to improve myself as an athlete and also as a student.

I am part of the British sailing team as a 49er FX crew. I have been Women’s National Champion on three occasions, second female youth at the 29er World championships, and two-times national champion in the 49er FX. I have also been fifth female at the 49er FX U24 world championships, fourth at the Hyeres World cup in the Nacra 17, and 13th European at the 2017 European Championships.

Being from Portugal, I have always been in contact with the ocean, which inspired my love for sailing. I am determined and ambitious to achieve my goals. I’m part of the Portuguese pre-Olympic team in the Laser Standard, with the aim of reaching the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. I am currently in my last year of studying yacht and powercraft design.

One of my greatest achievements includes going to the NCAA tournament last year and winning the conference. I was also selected for the NABC Allstar game last year, playing in the first team throughout the conference for the four years I was in college. Winning male athlete of the year at my last school was also a huge accomplishment.

I have achieved many sporting accomplishments during my career, most notably receiving Team Solent’s and New Orleans’ best player award in the season 2016/17. In the future, I’m aiming to cement my place in my new and upcoming school, University of Portland, and receive further recognition from MLS teams.

I previously played in the youth systems for professional football clubs including Arsenal and Coventry City. I also recently represented the New Orleans Jesters, in America – I was part of their most successful season ever. My aim is to be paid to kick a ball around in a hot country, as my biggest hate is cold weather!
