Kevin is an associate lecturer in health and fitness at Solent University. He achieved his MSc Sport Science degree at Brunel University in 2007 and his Cert Ed from the University of Portsmouth in 2009. Kevin is currently a PhD student at the University of Chichester researching ‘The Effects of Eccentric Exercise on Glucose Tolerance, Cardiovascular Risk Factors and Heart Rate Variability Recovery in People with Type 2 Diabetes’.
Kevin's areas of interest include exercise referral, exercise physiology and health and fitness.
