Biography
Sahil teaches a range of legal subjects, including corporate and commercial law, intellectual property law, the law of torts, contract law, public law and land law, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He also supervises dissertations across these areas.
Sahil completed his PhD at the Open University, where his research examined risks and vulnerabilities in digital finance through a socio‑legal lens. He remains committed to contributing to the field through both teaching and research.
He holds an LLM in Business Law and a BA LLB (Hons) degree. His academic interests span commercial law, including insolvency law, competition law, intellectual property rights, and contract law.
