Biography
After graduating, Yulia began her career in architectural practice on the south coast of the UK, specialising in architectural 2D and 3D design, modelling, and visualisation. She later transitioned into the field of education, sharing her expertise in programs such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, and Photoshop with students. Yulia has successfully lectured on the cutting-edge FdSc, BSc, and BA courses specialising in CGI and VFX at Bournemouth University and now at Solent University.
Yulia's professional journey also includes completing an MA in Critical and Creative Practice degree, focusing on creative industries, innovation, and critical evaluation. Additionally, she obtained an FHEA professional teaching qualification as well as a Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA) qualification, enabling her to effectively support international students studying in a second language.
With a keen interest in architectural visualisation, Yulia maintains strong industry connections and incorporates industry practices into the curriculum to provide students with a competitive edge in knowledge and skills. By staying connected to industry trends and advancements, she ensures that her students are well-prepared for the professional world.
