Lee has a number of years' teaching experience across a range of units including health, fitness and personal training as well as exercise psychology. He is currently unit leader for introduction to exercise psychology (level 4) and exercise psychology (behaviour change) (level 5). As part of this role he delivers the scheme of work through lead lectures and associated seminars and is responsible for assessment of these units. He plans to pursue a PhD in the area of exercise psychology with a keen interest in integrative behaviour change models concerning the initiation and maintenance of physical activity to otherwise sedentary populations. With a background in physiotherapy, he would also be interested in examining the role of psychology and behaviour change strategies in the initiation and adherence to exercise/rehabilitation in clinical populations.
