Student brings Chelsea FC message to Hampshire

Final year football studies student Luke Lazenby is using his time effectively to work for Chelsea FC in Hampshire. Luke, who has been employed as a development coach by the Chelsea FC Foundation, is responsible for delivering coaching sessions in school PE lessons and after-school clubs. He believes that the experience he is gaining representing one of Europe's elite football clubs will be invaluable in his future career progression. Speaking about the football studies degree, Luke commented: "Through the coaching units and vastly qualified and experienced tutors on the football studies degree, I have developed a well-built understanding of the coaching process. They have provided me with invaluable knowledge of different coaching styles and techniques to maximise the effectiveness of my coaching."
