University appoints new Chief Financial Officer

Eran will be joining the university on 16 March from his current role as Director of Finance at Middlesex University.

He brings a wealth of experience having held his current role at Middlesex for the last three years, during which time he also held the role of interim Chief Financial Officer.

Commenting on his new appointment, Eran says: “I am looking forward to joining Solent University. I am excited to take on the new role and to deliver the University's new strategy, Solent Future Ready. I share the University’s commitment to delivering an excellent student experience and creating opportunities for our community.”

Prior to joining Middlesex University, he held roles in the private and non-profit sectors. Previous positions include Financial Controller at the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation and Head of Finance at Euroceanica Group, an international shipping company.

Eran has a BA in Business and Administration (Accounting) with Distinction and is also a Chartered Public Accountant (CPA). He was also completed several executive courses, including Endowment Management at Yale School of Management.
