Pauline is a Registered General Nurse and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She is an experienced academic with expertise in eLearning, curriculum development, implementation, approval and accreditation.

Pauline has held several teaching and learning fellowships enquiring into postgraduate OSCE development and online gamification.

She has held previous posts with Anglia Ruskin University, the University of Hertford, the Open University and the University of Southampton. She has acted in a variety of external roles to City University, The University of Hertford, the University of Suffolk and The University of the West of Scotland.

Pauline is also a reviewer for Nurse Education Today and is in the final stages of completing her PhD.
