Biography
Joseph is a lecturer within the Department of Business and Law at Solent University. His research focuses on sustainability themes in different business fields.
Joseph has a PhD in Business Studies and Management from Southampton University. He also holds an MSc in International Transport and Logistics from the University of Dar es Salaam. Joseph is a recognised Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA) in the UK.
Joseph is a qualitative researcher focusing on the link between various business domains with sustainability and sustainable development.
Further information
Joseph has over two years' industry experience. He worked with World Vision International - Tanzania Office as a procurement officer. In this role, he coordinated all the purchases of various supplies and materials for running the organisation.
During his PhD candidature at the University of Southampton, he worked with Southampton City Council, contributing to the development of sustainable and ethical public procurement policies
