Julien Testa, Lecturer

Biography

Julien was born in Alberta, Canada, where he was an active member of the independent film industry around Calgary including curating a film series through the Calgary Society of Independent filmmakers.

He completed his Bachelors in Fine Arts with Honours, specialising in Film Studies and in 2014 he moved to London to attain a master’s degree in filmmaking from the London Film School.

Julien has worked primarily as an offline picture editor for TV, film and short form, including documentary and fiction. His projects have been featured in various film festivals including Cannes (Cine-Foundation section) and IDFA.
