Biography
Tom has over 10 years' experience working at sea on various types of passenger vessel. Beginning his career as an engine cadet on large cruise vessels, he completed by cadetship at Warsash Maritime Academy.
After gaining further experience, and working on ro-pax ferries and superyachts, Tom recently achieved a Chief Engineer Unlimited Certificate of Competency. During this period he studied at Solent University remotely to gain his Bachelor's in Marine Engineering and Management.
Tom has been fortunate to have sailed on many different voyages all over the world, the most notable of which includes transiting the North West Passage. He is now committed to delivering top quality engineering courses at Warsash Maritime School and has a passion for helping others to progress in their careers, and achieve their full potential.
