GWR travel voucher terms and conditions

Please take note of the terms and conditions for claiming your GWR discount to attend a Solent University open day.

1. Booking can only be made through GWR.com
2. The open days GWR travel offer is only available for travel on GWR services. If travelling from or within a region of the country that is not part of the GWR network you may need to purchase separate tickets to the chosen destination.
3. The destination must be Southampton Central.
4. Origin of journey must be within the GWR network, but please note that Advance Purchase tickets are not available for short distance journeys.
5. The scheme is only available for use with advance purchase tickets. These set times and dates of travel and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
6. The open days GWR travel offer is available for the dates provided by Southampton Solent University and the week that the event takes place, running Saturday to the next Sunday.
7. Discount can be used in conjunction with 16-25 Railcard. Tick the box on the page next to it and select from the drop down menu.

Please note that discount is only valid when tickets are purchased directly from GWR.com and not through a third party such as Trainline.
