Solent awarded four stars in QS Stars University Ratings
We are delighted to have been awarded a four-star rating in the 2019 QS Stars rating system.
Solent University has been awarded a four-star rating in the 2019 QS Stars rating system.
This rating system considers over 50 different categories including employability, teaching, facilities and research, then ranks participating institutions from one to five stars accordingly, helping prospective students to decide where to study.
This year Solent is especially proud to have been awarded the maximum rating of five stars for the categories of teaching, employability, internationalisation, learning environment and inclusiveness.
Professor Graham Baldwin, Vice-Chancellor, said: “I am so pleased to see the University rise again in the QS ratings, which further enhance our international standing and reputation. Our ongoing investment in campus facilities and the services offered by our student support teams have both contributed to this rating, as well as the dedication and passion of our excellent teaching staff.”
The University was also given a four-star rating for the Specialist Criteria category, where a range of metrics from our BA Architectural Design and Technology and BSc Construction Management courses were submitted.
