Solent University is thrilled to announce that BA (Hons) Music Management has recently joined forces with the world’s largest community of music managers – the Music Managers Forum (MMF) – as part of their Educational Associate Programme.

This partnership will enable students studying music management to become members of the MMF, offering them a range of benefits such as attendance at masterclasses and events, mentorship from real-world industry professionals, and access to cutting edge research from an organisation at the forefront of the contemporary music industries.

The Associate Programme builds on Solent’s already strong links with the recorded and live music industries and further reinforces our commitment to real-world learning for our students as they become the music industry leaders of the future.

Chris Anderton, Course Leader for BA (Hons) Music Management, says, “This is brilliant news for our students as it gives them direct access to current music industry managers and allows them to learn from those who are driving the industry forward. Up-to-date knowledge and real-world opportunities will give our students that competitive edge when they enter the sector full-time at the end of their studies with us.”
