We're launching a Virtual Insight Series of free short, interactive lectures and workshops hosted by Solent staff on a variety of themes.

The ‘Virtual Insight Series’ is a series of free short interactive lectures and workshops for the local community, staff, students and alumni to get involved with from home.
Solent staff will share projects, passions and knowledge in specific areas with you through these virtual lectures. Over the weeks there will be a variety of topics and themes to suite everyone! Below are three upcoming lectures:
- Winning in the Solent Region - Tuesday 19 May
- Moving away from the ‘perfect posture’ to the ‘one that changes regularly’ - Friday 22 May
- I like to move it: health and wellbeing benefits of staying active - Thursday 28 May.
