Imogen’s background is in health psychology, with specific interests in adherence to treatments, self-management of long-term conditions, control of behaviour, exercise behaviour and health promotion including behaviour change.
She completed her undergraduate studies in psychology at the University of Reading, which was followed by an MSc and ESRC funded PhD at the University of Southampton. She gained her teaching qualification, PGCLT(HE), here at Solent University.
Imogen has taught across all levels of all the psychology courses offered by Solent since 2007, with a particular focus on health psychology, research methods, personality and counselling related topics.
